Behind The Scenes Temporary Exhibit popped up

Behind The Scenes…What’s in the warehouse – Spring 2021.

Admittedly, we didn’t have a theme to build an exhibit for, but we do want to show our museum collection, even though we are still closed, so what to do?

We made a ‘Behind the Scenes…what’s in the warehouse – Spring 2021’ Exhibit in the Window Space of the Alameda Museum, 2324 Alameda Ave., from February 15 to May 15, 2021. The exhibit is showing some of the objects that are not normally on display in the museum. Some of these objects were donated a long time ago, but don’t fit in with the permanent displays; some of these are newly donated objects; some of these are objects that will not be added to the permanent collection. (Even included a few objects from the gift shop, since that too is closed, for now, although some things are for sale through the website, or by contacting us at [email protected]).

So take a look in the Window when you take a walk. For more details about the objects on display, visit the web page:
