Alameda Museum receives Rotary Club Grant On Thursday, December 17, we received a grant from the Rotary Club of Alameda, for our digitization project. In a zoom-meeting with Rotary Club dignitaries and representatives of other organizations that were awarded, a short demo was shown of the application holding the digital version of our card catalog. In the short demo two photos from the collection were shown, one of a 'Scotch' party of the Rotary Club in 1921, one year after the founding of the Club, and one from 1922, of the planting of the 'Rotary Tree' in -formerly called- Jackson Park.
